Refund & Exchange Policy
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility:
At ZEBRA PATH, we follow a strict No Return / No Exchange policy.
Returns or exchanges are only allowed in the following cases:
○ The product is received damaged, or
○ The product is different from what was ordered (wrong item, color, or size).
2. To qualify for a claim, you must provide an unedited unboxing video clearly showing the entire opening process—from sealed package to product—without any cuts or edits.
3. Claim Process:
○ Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
○ Contact us at zebrapath20@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and the unedited unboxing video.
○ Claims submitted after 48 hours or without proper video evidence will not be accepted.
4. Refund & Cancellation:
○ We do not offer refunds or accept order cancellations under any circumstances.
○ If a claim for a damaged or incorrect item is approved, we will offer a replacement only, subject to availability.
○ No monetary refunds will be processed, even in the case of valid claims.
5. Exchanges:
○ Exchanges are offered only if the item is defective or incorrect and the claim is supported by the required unboxing video.
○ Approved exchanges will be processed as replacements, depending on stock availability.
6. Disclaimer – Color, Sizing & Customization:
○ Minor color variations due to lighting or screen resolution do not qualify for exchange or return.
○ Please refer to our size guide before placing an order. We do not accept claims for sizing issues unless the size sent differs from what was ordered.
○ Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products are not eligible for return, exchange, or replacement unless they are received damaged or incorrect.
Note: ZEBRA PATH reserves the right to approve or reject claims at its sole discretion based on the evidence provided. Our policy aims to ensure transparency and protect the interests
of both our brand and our customers.
